Here is a Japanese Yosegaki flag to Miura Jirou.
The flag has a school name of Kowakubi elementary school located in Akita prefecture. He was a staff there and also a staff of the Kowakubi Youth school.
The Kowakubi school was decommissioned in 1964 and was merged with a nearby Teradate elementary.
The flag has many wartime common slogans but also personal messages as "I pray for your health".
A unique flag that is traceable to the owners history is quite unique.
