Original M38 Gasmask and canister. The can is dated 1943 and was period overpainted medium gray which shows it was most likely done aboard ship. The mask is dated 1940 and is size 3. The filter is not present. There are no straps on the can. The can is the longer variant and marked on the bottom with a D for Wasserdicht (water proof). A rare can to find in KM colors!
