Original German M1916 helmet. Third Reich decals applied over the green over black paint when pressed into service by the German army. Retains original three piece liner. All the padding is still intact. Chinstrap is original. Size marked 64. This is a rare transitional German helmet seldom seen on the market and often the one missing from serious collectors selection.
